Inspired by the entrepreneurs she has encountered throughout her life, Shahidah has decided to embark on a search to acquire a business. Following in the footsteps of her grandmother, who took the bold step of leaving her government job to establish multiple ventures, and leveraging the experience and insights gained working with middle-market corporate clients, Shahidah is excited to commence her next entrepreneurial endeavor.

Ideal Target Qualities

• annual revenue of +$2MM and SDE of $750k+ (or the potential to achieve within a year)

• B2B service or distribution company with experienced management team

• Industry agnostic, but businesses that are real estate-related and/or mission-oriented are of interest

• Focus on New Jersey tri-state area and S Florida. Relocation is possible for strong opportunities.
